When rebooting a Move or Roam, remove it from the charger and hold the power button for at least five seconds until you hear the power-off tone and the status light turns off. Disconnect the power cord, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord. Make sure all products in the bonded set are rebooted. You can check if a product is powered on and responding by pressing the Play/Pause button and seeing if the status light reacts. Verify all external audio sources are securely connected to the appropriate inputs on the A/V receiver.Perform a Test Tone function to verify if the speakers are working correctly.Check each speaker to make sure they are properly connected to the A/V receiver.Set Surround Sound to OFF when playing a source that is not encoded with a Surround Sound signal. There may also be a loose connection to correct. Depending on which speakers you are not hearing sound from, there may be an issue, or the fact that you aren't hearing sound may be due to the settings you're using. If not, the audio will be very difficult to hear using a Surround Sound setting. If you are not hearing any sound from your Home Theater System, it can ruin movie night. IMPORTANT: Verify that the source you are playing is encoded with Surround Sound audio. Try setting the Audio/Video (A/V) receiver to a different Surround Sound mode. ![]()
